BioI'm a 24 year old young woman who lives in Asheville, North Carolina.
I am currently considered a transsexual by the medical community -- i.e. I was born with the wrong body. I am undergoing a transitional process called... TRANSITION, woo... which will probably last another year or so... after this process the government of the united states will officially recognize me as who and what I am: a normal girl.
I'm also a lipstick lesbian with occassional hetero-sexual tendencies. :-)
But being 'transsexual' and a 'lesbian'... none of these things define who I am. Names, titles... not important.
I'm a normal girl, living ... a fairly normal girl's life. But there's some not-normal weirdness thrown into it as well that stems from how I wound up being born. It's not easy to cope with this all of the time, and I don't really know anyone - Transgender person or normal individual - who really understands the exact things I'm going through. So that's what this journal is for. I'm looking for other girls going through what I am who can offer suggestions and insights on my problems that I wont see. I needed a place to come and cry and scream and yell and get this out of my system where the public can't see me... I need to build my confidence in myself, and who I am. I need to get the heck over this... and move on with life.

**My friend "Serkeriel" for being loving and affectionate when I need to feel better about myself. Cuddling and Ice Cream someday, girl.
**My friend "Moraya" for accepting who I am now despite our past differences and becoming a very good friend.
**My friend "KianteWench" for being so supportive of me and being a friend even when I'm so dang busy.
And I look forward to making new friends now. :)
